    • Condition: We accept returns only on items that are unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. No perfume, no makeup, no scuffed soles. We inspect everything—please treat it like you'd want to receive it.

    • How to return:

      2. Print the prepaid label (a small shipping fee will be deducted).

      3. Pack it up and send it back.

    • Refund: Once we receive and inspect (usually 3–5 business days), we'll credit your original payment method.

Better yet: Choose Store Credit and we'll waive the return shipping fee entirely. You get the full amount back and a good excuse to find something that does fit.

Final sale: For hygiene reasons, certain accessories (like earrings) are final sale. We know you understand.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace it immediately. No arguments.
